Usually, we ensure the cleaning services at the company’s headquarters on the basis of a contract. In general, such a contract provides daily maintenance (emptying the bins, dusting, cleaning the floors, disinfecting the toilets) and a monthly general cleaning (washing and elimination of spots and dirtiness on the moquettes and carpets, cleaning the desk equipment, cleaning the walls, mechanical washing of floors rebuilding the protective bed etc). The services range provided by MasterClean and their frequency remain at the client’s choice, the contracts being signed accordingly.
The exact tariffs of MasterClean are established depending on many parameters, like surface dimensions, the personnel necessary for the cleaning execution, the frequency of the weekly execution, the area the real estate is located, etc. There are also included in the price the costs for work equipments, detergents and solutions used for cleaning and surface treatment, used consumables, tools and machineries, necessary manpower for the services execution and their control, transport in Bucharest and in the limitrophe areas, in the limit of maximum 20 kilometers.
We also offer special cleaning services upon the clients demand, even if these services are not specified in our offers. We are disposed to find optimal and personalized solutions for every demand of our beneficiaries
